A. ROLISON THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE CITY IN LIEU OF E. W. BLOM 1fflEREAS Resolution No. 364, enti tIed "Resolution Authoriz- ing Application for Allotment of Portion of Cost of Preparing Pla.ns of Sewage Treatment and Disposal Plant" did name E. W. Blom, the City Manager of the City of Redwood City, as the authorized agent of said City to sign all applications and conduct all nego- tiations with reference to preparing plans for a sewage treatment and disposal plant; and WHEREAS E. \'1. Blom 1s no longer Ci ty Manager of the C1 ty of Redwood City; and WHEREAS E. A. Rolison is now the City Manager of the City of Red\"lood Ci ty; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Section 6 of Resolu- tion No. 364 of the Council of the City of Redwood City be amended to read as follows: "6. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purposes of this application, E. A. ROLISON, City Manager, City Hall, Redwood City, be and he hereby is designated as the authorized agent of Local Agency and is hereby authorized and directed to sign the above-mentioned application on behalf of the Local Agency and submit the same to the Director of Finance and/or the Post War Public Works Review Board together with a certified statement of the estimated cost of preparing such plans and such other information as may be required; and said authorized agent is further authorized and directed as the representative of Local Agency to conduct all nego- tiations and conclude all arrangements, including sub- mission to the Director of Finance of applications for reimbursement, which may be necessary to secure reim- bursement for the State's share of the expenditures made 1n preparing said completed plans." -1-
