<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 549 <br /> <br />DECLARING PREMISES AT 1032-34-36-38 ~~IN STREET A NUISANCE <br />AND ORDERING ABATEMENT WITHIN THIRTY DAYS <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that <br />whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said City of <br />Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a notice <br />to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said city, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1032~34-36-38 Main Street, also known as Lot 41 and <br />6-67/l00ths of Lot 42, Block 5, Mezesville Main Street <br />Lo t s , <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, <br /> <br />postage prepaid to the owner of said real property, as said owner <br /> <br />is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of <br />Redwood City, to-wit: Andrew Hynding, 312 Linden Avenue, South <br /> <br />San Francisco, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building <br />Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, the 1st day <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />of March, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said day at <br />the Council Chambers in the City 'Hall on Middlefield Road in said <br />City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the owner of the <br />building situated upon said real property could appear and be heard <br />and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public <br /> <br />nuisance. and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said <br /> <br />building or by razing or removing the sarne; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Council did proceed, on the 1st day of March, <br /> <br /> <br />1948, with said hearing, and after considering all objections made <br /> <br /> <br />and received does determine that due and legal notice of said hear- <br /> <br /> <br />ing was given as required by the ordinances of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. DUNCAN on file in the <br /> <br />-1- <br />
