<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />"f; <br /> <br />DECLARING PREMISES AT 044 FULLER STREET <br />A NUISM~CE AND ORDERING ABATEMENT WITHIN <br />THIRTY DAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS L. M. Duncan, the Building Inspector of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a <br /> <br />notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in <br />said City, County of San Mateo, State of Oalifornia, and par- <br />ticularly described as follows: <br />Lot 6, Block ), 'Range C, Mezesvll1e; <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice so posted, by registered. <br /> <br />mail, postage prepaid, to the owner of said real property, as <br /> <br />said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of <br />said City of Redwood Ci ty, to 'tii t: IIG. B. Solari, 260 Topaz <br />street, Redwood City, California"; and <br />WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance, said <br /> <br />Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, <br />December 6, 1948, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day <br />at the Council Chamber in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in <br /> <br />said City of Redwood City, as the time and place when the owner <br /> <br />of the buildings situated upon mid real property could appear <br /> <br /> <br />and be heard and show cause why said buildings should not be <br /> <br />condemned as a public nuisance and abated b~ reconstructing or <br /> <br />properly repairing said buildings or by razing or removing the <br /> <br />88Jne; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Council did regularly continue saId hearing <br />until the 3rd day of January, 1949, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.; and <br />WHEREAS said Council did proceed on the 3rd day of January, <br />1949, with said hearing, and after considering all objections <br /> <br />made and received, does determine that due and legal notice of <br /> <br />said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of the City <br /> <br />-1- <br />
