Such deed conveys all that real property situate ~n the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of Cali- rornia, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the easterly property line of Walnut Street, said line being also the westerly line of Lot 1, Block 16, of' Sweeney Addi- tion, as shown on the map thereof of record in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo, State of California, in Book nCtt of Maps at page 39, filed for record July 17, 1896, Records of San Mateo County, State of Calif'ornia, said point being 18.23 feet southerly from the intersection of the said easterly property line of Walnut Street and the southerly property line of Spring Street; thence running on a 10.0 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 21.38 feet to a point in the said southerly property line of Spring street; thence North 6lb 00' West 18.23 feet to the intersection of said property lines; thence South 030 30' East 18.23 feet to the point of' beginning.
