ROBISHAW, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, <br />were the original BORROWER, and THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, was the original TRUSTEE, and <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA, the original BENEFICIARY of the certain Subordinate Deed of Trust with Power of Sale <br />dated July 25, 1995, and recorded as Instrument Number 95-076959 on July 28, 1995 in Official Records of the <br />County of San Mateo, State of California (the "Deed of Trust"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City is the housing successor to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City pursuant <br />to Health and Safety Code section 34176.and is thus the Trustee and the Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust; and <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust irrevocably granted, transferred and assigned to the original Trustee in Trust, with <br />power of sale, the property in San Mateo County, California, with the address of 1251 Warren Street, Unit 206, <br />Redwood City, California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference (the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust provided the original Borrower with financial assistance (the "Loan") with the principal <br />sum of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Three & No/100 Dollars ($9,323.00) with no interest, which the <br />original Borrower promised to pay to the original Beneficiary as described in the Promissory Note titled Promissory <br />Note Secured by Deed of Trust dated July 25, 1995 (the "Promissory Note"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Loan has been fully repaid. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned, as the successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey, <br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate held thereunder. <br />DATED: 2022 <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION <br />By: Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Man er <br />Successor Trustee and Beneficiary <br />ATTY/AGR/2022.225- RECONVEYANCE 1251 WARREN UNIT 206 <br />REV: 08-03-22 SK <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
