1 <br />BAY AREA WATER SUPPLY AND CONSERVATION AGENCY <br />PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR THE IN-CLASSROOM WATER CONSERVATION SCHOOL <br />EDUCATION PROGRAM <br />FOR JULY 1, 2022 THRU JUNE 30, 2023 <br /> <br />The Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency (BAWSCA) administers an in-classroom water <br />conservation education program to educate grade school children about the source of their water supply <br />and the importance of water conservation. BAWSCA has contracted with AM Conservation Group, Inc. <br />AMCGto provide the in-classroom education program. Participation in this Program provides BAWSCA <br />members with a cost-effective way to offer a school education program within their service area. A more <br />complete description of the Program is included in Attachment 1. <br /> <br />Members who wish to participate in this Program for July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 should fill out the <br />information below and sign this agreement and return it to BAWSCA, attention Kyle Ramey, no later than <br />June 10, 2022. <br /> <br />1. The agency also agrees <br />to cooperate with BAWSCA generally in administering the Program.
