Cell Phone <br />CA 94063 <br />(650) 780-7222 <br />(510) 378-9957 <br />(650) 922-4222 <br />(650) 670-7506 <br />The facility described above ("Facility") agrees to host a Vote Center on November 8, 2022 ("Election <br />Day") and for three days prior to Election Day. <br />The Vote Center at the Facility will remain open to the public for no less than eight (8) hours per day, <br />including weekends and holidays. The schedule of hours for the voting public shall be from 9 a.m. to <br />5 p.m. on November 5, 2022 through November 7, 2022 and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on November 8, <br />2022. The Facility shall be accessible to persons with disabilities as defined in the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended. The Vote Center location shall not be changed without written <br />authorization from a Supervisor from the San Mateo County Registration & Elections Division <br />("Division"), the Assistant Chief Elections Officer, or the Chief Elections Officer ("Authorized Staff'). <br />Access to the Facility will be granted to Vote Center personnel from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from <br />November 5, 2022 to November 7, 2022. On November 8, 2022, Vote Center workers will be granted <br />access to the Facility from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. <br />Vote Center workers, or other employees of the Division, will be granted access for the set-up of <br />equipment and removal of equipment from Facility.
