'" ..r'" Sv.1C :mf 1/14/81 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8779 ORIGINAL JAN 2 6 1981 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COMPUTER RESOURCES ~mNAGEMENT CORPORATION FOR COMPUTER SYSTEM WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8590, adopted May 19, 1980, the City Clerk called for bids for the design, furnishing and installation of an integrated,on-line municipal information system; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said call bids were received for the furnishing thereof; and WHEREAS, the bid of Computer Resources Management Corporation for computer hardware equipment and accompanying proposal for associated personal services constitute the lowest responsible bid for the furnishing of an integrated, on-line municipal information system; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of this Council to award said bid to Computer Resources Management Corporation and to enter into an agreement therefor; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement (form dated 1/13/81) for the furnishing of an integrated on-line municipal information system, by and between the City of Redwood City and Computer Resources Management Corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk for the full particulars thereof, is approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. The City Manager is further authorized to sign any and all related documents necessary to execute performance of the aforesaid agreement. * * * 8779
