<br />., ,~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO. 1038 <br /> <br />ABANDONING EASEMENT ALONG REAR OF <br />LOT 17, BLe61 11, REDWOOD HIGHLANDS <br />AND REAR OF LOT 18, BLOCK 11, <br />DINGEE PARK <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That a certain easement along the rear of Lot 17 <br /> <br /> <br />in Block 11, Map of Redwood Highlands, Redwood City, San Mateo <br /> <br /> <br />County, California, and along the rear of Lot 18 in Block 11, <br /> <br /> <br />Map of Resubdivision of Dingee Park, Redwood City, San Mateo <br /> <br /> <br />County, California, which easement is hereinafter described, <br /> <br /> <br />has not been used for a period of five consecutive years imme- <br /> <br />diately preceding the date of this resolution, and is not <br /> <br /> <br />necessary for the purposes for which it was ,dedicated or <br /> <br />acquired. Said easement is described as follows: <br /> <br />A right of way over the rear 5 feet of the above <br />described property, for sewer, water or gas mains <br />or pipes, poles and wires for electricity, with <br />the right of ingress and egress as granted by <br />Redwood Highlands Company, a corporatlon,to <br />Redwood City, a California municipal corporation, <br />by agreement dated November 2, 1914 and recorded <br />November 1, 1917 in Book 30 of Miscellaneous <br />Records of San Mateo County at page 265. <br /> <br />2. That the easement described in Section 1 hereof <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be unnecessary for present or prospective public <br />use and is hereby abandoned. <br /> <br />3.
