RESOLUTION NO. 1634 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD Q1TX ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING <br />FLIST SUPPL ENTAL <br />i� <br />MEMOR�DUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF <br />GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS. <br />First supp lemental. <br />WHEREAS, a /memorandum of agreement has been presented <br />to be entered into with the State of Calif in accord- <br />ance with a project statement submitted by the City of <br />Redwood City <br />for expenditure of the gas tax al- <br />location to cities for the fiscal year 1954 , and <br />WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agree- <br />ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the <br />City of Redwood City that said pro jecz statement <br />be and it is' hereby adopted as the budget of proposed ex- <br />penditures of the gas tax allocation to cities, and said <br />agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor <br />and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf <br />of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City <br />upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State. <br />ADOPTED this 2 5th ay o f January 19 54 0 <br />Mayor of the ty of Redwo pity <br />i <br />Attest: <br />City lerk of the City of <br />Y y /Aedw ©od City <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the city council of the City <br />of Redwood 01ty at a regular meeting thereof held <br />January 25th, , 1954, <br />Clerk of the dity of Red oo -d, City <br />MC_ 10 <br />
