TEETER fro <br />ALLOW TWELVE FOOT (121) FRONT SETBACK <br />ON WARWICK STREET ON PORTION OF LOTS 3 <br />AND 4, BLOCK 5, WELLESLEY PARK <br /> <br />t'lHEREAS, , the Planning Commission of Redwood City has <br /> <br /> <br />subrni tted the application of L. H. TEETER for variance \1i th the <br /> <br /> <br />recommendat:Lon that such application be granted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has considered said <br /> <br />application for variance in accordance with Section 20 of Ordin- <br />ance No. 600, said ordinance being the Zoning Ordinance of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDt'lOOD CITY HEREBY <br /> <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to land, buildings or uses in the srune <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the appllcation is necessary <br />for the preservation and enjoyment of substantial <br />property rights of the petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will not <br />materially affect adversely neighboring properw <br />or the public welfare or the health or safety <br />of persons residing or working in the neighbor- <br />hood. <br /> <br />20 Said Council hereby grants to L. H. TEETER a <br /> <br /> <br />variance to allow a twelve foot (121) front setback on Warwick <br /> <br /> <br />street on a portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block 5, Wellesley Park, <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions.: <br /> <br />(a) Construction of any improvements shall be only <br />in strict conformity vIi th the plans heretofore <br />submitted to the Planning Conunission and the <br />.Council of Redwood City and now on file in the <br />office of the Building Inspector of Redwood City. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
