<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 2000 <br /> <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO H. MORELLO TO ALLOW <br />CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (4) UNIT APARTMENT <br />WITH THREE (3) GARAGES ON PORTION OF LOT <br />6, BLOCK 47, EASTERN ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning CO~lussion of Redwood City has sub- <br /> <br />mitted the application of H. MORELLO for a variance together <br /> <br />with its reconunendations thereon, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOvIS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the n~ighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants a variance to H. MORELLO to <br />allow construction of a four (4) unit apartment with three (3) <br />garage spaces on a portion of Lot 6, Block 47, Eastern Addition, <br />being a parcel" of property fronting fifty (50) feet on Buckeye <br />street and ninety (90) feet,ten (10) inches on Heller Street, <br />subject to the condition that all construction shall be in accord- <br />ance with the plans heretofore approved by the Council of Red~d <br /> <br />City, and subject to the further condition that the garage spaces <br /> <br /> <br />shall be maintained in the manner in which they now exist and as <br /> <br />delineated on the aforementioned plans. <br /> <br />* * * * <br />
