'\"' <br />(,:~0' ~/ U' .)" <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. p. 2104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT AND <br />RECORDATION THEREOF <br /> <br />(PG&E EASEMENT - SIMS GROUP USA CORPORATION) <br /> <br />Whereas, Sims Group USA Corporation ("Company"), has informed the Port that <br />Company needs additional electrical services to Company's site located at 699 Seaport <br />Blvd, Redwood City, CA 94063 ("Company's Site"). <br /> <br />Whereas, Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E") is willing to provide <br />additional services to Company's Site. <br /> <br />Whereas, in order to provide additional services to Company's Site, PG&E has <br />requested that the Port grant PG&E an easement. <br /> <br />Whereas, the Port is willing to grant an easement to PG&E (the "Easement") in, <br />under and over the land of the Port by executing an Easement Deed in favor of PG&E. <br /> <br />Whereas, the Easement Deed includes a description of the Easement. <br /> <br />Whereas, the Easement will be located in part on land owned by the Port and <br />leased to Seaport Refining & Environmental, Inc. ("Seaport"). <br /> <br />Whereas, Seaport has consented to the recordation of the Easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain document entitled "Easement Deed," a copy of which document <br />is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
