ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2133 9/22/97 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 20.150,C TO THE CODE OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CiTY RELATING TO PARKING METER <br /> PERMITS FOR CiTY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 20.150.C is hereby added to the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "20.150.C. The City Collector shall issue, without payment <br /> of a fee or charge, parking permits authorizing the parking of a <br /> vehicle in a metered parking space to officers and employees of the <br /> City of Redwood City authorized to be issued such permits by the <br /> City Manager; provided, that the total amount of such permits so <br /> issued shall not exceed one hundred fifty (150). This Section <br /> 20.150.C shall be effective through December 31, 1999, and shall <br /> be inoperative thereafter unless otherwise provided by superseding <br /> ordinance." <br /> Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from the date <br /> of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
