<br />r' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES.ek 7/3/69 <br /> <br />OR\G\Nl\l <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />REE.OLUT1.0N <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />I~ll 12 '1{; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR LEASE OF CITY- <br />OWNED REAL PROPERTY IN REDWOOD CITY MARINE HARBOR AREA; <br />AND, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council bid <br /> <br />documents for the leasing of City-owned real property situate in <br /> <br />the Redwood City Marine Harbor area, and providing for the <br /> <br />construction and operation of restaurant facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said bid documents and authorize and direct the City <br /> <br />Clerk to advertise for bids therefor; <br /> <br />NO"v, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents entitled "Bid Documents - <br /> <br />Marine Harbor Restaurant Facilities - Lease Agreement, II <br /> <br />consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, <br /> <br />Proposal, and Lease Agreement, on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk to which documents reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the lease of the premises described in <br /> <br />the above-mentioned lease agreement and documents in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
