<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:l/9/69 <br /> <br />..' .' <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.s:.8..:Z:L <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JAIi 13 .00 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT FOR <br />FURNISHING OF MICROFILM CAMERA EQUIPMENT; <br />AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a lease <br /> <br />agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and Minnesco <br /> <br />Corporation for the leasing of certain microfilm equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain lease agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Minnesco Corporation for lease of microfilm 'camera <br /> <br />model number 78 ALD and adapter kit for 2000 B processor camera, <br /> <br />at a monthly rental of Two Hundred Twenty-four and 84/100 Dollars <br /> <br /> <br />&:'""r;/ ($224.84) and an annual renewal charge of Two Hundred Thirty-nine <br /> <br /> <br />and 19/100 Dollars ($239.19) for a term of three years is hereby <br /> <br />approved, subject to annual appropriation of said rental install- <br /> <br />ments during the term thereof. A copy of said agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars as to the terms <br /> <br />and conditions thereof.
