HAMILTON WAY ANtJEXATION NO.1..: . GIVING ITS REASONS FOR DESIRING SAID ANNEXATION: MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RESPECTING SAID PROCEEDINGS; AND, GIVING NOTICE OF THE TI}lli AND PLACE SAID COUNCIL WILL HEAR PROTESTS ~O SAID ANNEXATION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY: WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo, California, a written description. of a proposal to annex to the City of Redwood City all that territory which is herein- after described; and, 1! WHEREAS, s'aid Council has received evidence showing that, and finds that, said Local Agency Formation Commission has prepared, or caused to be prepared, a report to said Council upon said annexation proposal,' all as required by law, and that said Commission has approved said proposed annexation: and, WHEREAS, this Council further has received evidence showing and finds: (1) Tha~ 'said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches, and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of Re&~ood City; and, (2) That less than twelve registered voters presently reside wi thin. said territory and that' said terri tory is therefore uninhabited: ,- 1
