<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:l2/9/68 <br /> <br />JAM 6 '69 <br /> <br />.,..,. <br />, <br /> <br />," <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. j-t~t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH USE <br />PERMIT FOR THE SHELL OIL COMPANY, U68-41 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Shell oil Company has been granted a use permit <br /> <br />to construct and operate an automobile service station in a CP <br /> <br />zoning district at the northwesterly corner of the intersection <br /> <br />of Veterans Boulevard and Brewster Avenue in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said use permit, among other conditions, requires <br /> <br />the installation of certain improvements and the dedication of <br /> <br />certain lands, and further requires the execution of an improvement <br /> <br />agreement to assure performance of said conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to assure the <br /> <br />completion of said improvements and dedication: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Improvement <br /> <br />and Dedication of Certain Property in Connection with Use Permit <br /> <br />U68-41, dated September 24, 1968,II relative to the construction <br /> <br />of certain street improvements and facilities adjacent to the <br /> <br />la~d subject to Use Permit U68-41, consisting of grading, curbs, <br /> <br />gutters, sidewalks, driveways, and a storm drainage system, and <br /> <br />to the dedication of certain land to the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for street purposes, between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> <br />Shell oil Company, presently on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk and incorporated herein as if set out at length herein, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
