<br />,/ <br /> <br />..~ <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />-1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DEs.ek 1/6/69 <br /> <br />..IAN 6 'as <br /> <br />,4 <br />",. . <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED BID DOCUMENTS FOR RENTAL <br />OF ADVERTISING SPACE - MUNICIPAL TRANSIT SYSTEM - AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO READVERTISE FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5847, adopted December 2, <br /> <br />1968, the City Clerk called for bids for the rental of advertising <br /> <br />space on the operating vehicles of the Municipal Transit System: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, .pursuant to said call, no bids were received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council revised <br /> <br />bid documents for the rental of said advertising space; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said revised bid documents and direct the City Clerk <br /> <br />to readvertise for bids for the rental of said advertising space: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain revised bid documents entitled "City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, Bid Documents for Advertising Space - Municipal <br /> <br />Transit System," prepared in the office of the City Manager and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the rental of adver- <br /> <br />tising space on the operating vehicles of the Municipal Transit <br /> <br />System are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />readvertise for bids for the rental of said advertising space <br /> <br />in accordance with the revised bid documents prepared therefor. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
