<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />11 o. 1210 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING 4SSESSMEHTS AND <br />ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM <br />ALAMEDA DE LAS PUtGAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Counoil of the City ot Redwood City, on <br /> <br /> <br />September 11, 1950, duly and regularly passed and adopted <br /> <br />,aesolution No. 966, declaring its intention to make certain <br /> <br />improvements in the City ot Redwood City, more particularly <br /> <br />described in said resolution, and to which resolution referenoe <br /> <br />is hereby made for further partioulars; and <br />WHEREAS an assessment d1agrwm was prepared and approved <br />by the Council of the City of Redw~od City on August 20, 1951, <br />to whioh diagram reterenoe is hereby made for further partlcu- <br /> <br />lars; and <br />WHEREAS said improvements have been satisfactorily oom- <br />pleted; and <br />.~EREAS an assessment to oover the cost of doing the <br />work described in said Resolution No. 966 has been filed with <br /> <br />the Olerk ot the Oity of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS notioe of the tiling of said assessment was <br />given by the Olerk or the City of Redwood Oity by posting, <br />causing to b. published, and mailing notices ot the assess- <br /> <br />ment to each person owning property proposed to be assessed <br /> <br /> <br />therefor, in the manner required by law; and <br /> <br />WHERFAS, the Clerk or Redwood Oity set February 4, 1952 <br />at the 01tyHall, Redwood Oity, Oalifornia at 8:00 o'olock P.M. <br />as the time and place tor hearing protests in relation to said <br /> <br />assessment; and <br /> <br />'NHEREAS said hearing was duly and regularly continued <br />until February 18, 1952; and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
