RESOLUTION N0, 3 2 93 adopted 1116161 GRANTING CONSENT TO THE EXERCISE OF EXTRA TERRITORIAL.JURISDICTION BY THE COUNTY. OF. SAN MATED ' AND PROVIDING FOR A.CONTRIBUTION TO THE COST OF IMPROVEMENTS MIDDLEFIELD ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FROM.ITS INTERSECTION WITH CHARTER STREET TO THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC , RATLROAD, - DUMBARTON BRANCH RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City, as follows: 1, That it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of California, to undertake special ,assessment and assessment bond proceedings and the acquisition of all property necessary therefor for the construction of street improvements on Middlefield Road partially within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City and partially within the unin- corporated area of San Mateo County, California, between the in- tersection of Middlefield Road with Charter Street and the in- tersection of Middlefield Road with the Southern Pacific Railroad, Dumbarton Branch. 2.
