. 1 � <br />R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N <br />R1JC. ek. 1/16 <br />9 <br />N o. 3292 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED PLANS AND SPECIFICA- <br />TIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL <br />1AARINP-.,.,- A'- AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />11HEREAS,, there have been submitted to this Council certain <br />plans and specifications for the construction of improvements <br />and enlargements to the Redwood City Municipal Marina, prepared <br />by George S. Nolte, Consulting Civil Engineers, revised in <br />accordance with that certain "Supplementary Agreement for Con- <br />sulting Services in Connection with the Development of the <br />Marine Harbor,," approved and authorized by Resolution No. 3260, <br />adopted December 5, 19050; and, <br />11HEEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br />to signify its approval -thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br />to advertise for bids for the construction thereof; <br />NO'l, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLU <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "General Speci- <br />fications and Special Provisions for the Construction of Redwood <br />City Municipal Marina in the City of Redwood City, California,," <br />dated F e b TqU% a,. v" - <br />'y I I 1961 prepared by George a:. Nolte <br />Consult-ing Civil Engineers, and on file in the office of the <br />City Engineer are hereby approved subject to approval thereof <br />by the State of California, Division of Small Craft Harbors. <br />2.
