RJC : ek :1 /11 /el -7 <br />RE S GLUT I ON N0. _ 3290 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF BUDGET PROPOSAL <br />TO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, FOR FUNDS ALLOCATED <br />UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS Ai HIGITKAYS CODE <br />, .THEREAs, Article I of that certain agreement entitled <br />"Master Agreement for Budgeting and for the Expenditure of <br />the Engineering Allocation for City Streets under Section 2107.5 <br />of the Streets and Highways Code," approved by this Council <br />and presently on file with the City Clerk, provides for the <br />annual submission by the City or a budget proposal; and, <br />WHEREP..S, this Council has reviewed the budget proposal <br />form (MC -17 (Rev. 1 -60)) provided by the Department for this <br />purpose; <br />NU01, THEREFORE; <br />EE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF RED' ,,1OOD <br />CITY AS FOLL04S : <br />1. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to execute <br />and submit to the Department of Public Jorks, on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City, and on such forms as the Department <br />has provided, a budget proposal in the amount of Six Thousand <br />Dollars ($6,000.00). <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare three <br />certified copies of this resolution for transmission to the <br />Department of Public r.-lorks. <br />
