0 REG: yc :1/9/61 -7 <br />RE S0LUT I ON N0. 3278 <br />— — — — — — — — — — — — <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT <br />AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF <br />LOTS 3, 4 5 AND 6 OF BLOCK 502, HIGHLANDS OF <br />EMERALD LAKE, SUBDIVISION 5 <br />WHEREAS.. pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 631 of <br />the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Subdivision Committee, <br />by its action of January 9, 1961, conditionally approved the sub- <br />division of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 502 Highlands of Emerald <br />Lake, Subdivision 5, owned by Margaret C. Rosenblatt, into three <br />parcels, as shown on that subdivision map presently on file in the <br />office of the Redwood City Planning Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the conditions of approval are the construction of <br />certain right of way and utility improvements and the execution <br />of an agreement for the future construction of certain other right <br />of way improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council and this Council has approved said agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Improvement Agreement - <br />Edgec liff Way," on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby <br />approved. <br />2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
