P-1308 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH AM <br /> GUARD SECURITY CORPORATION (SECURITY PATROL SERVICES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has received and reviewed a number of <br /> proposals for the provision of security patrol services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board has determined that the proposal of Am <br />Guard Security Corporation will best serve the needs of the Port <br />of Redwood City at a cost that is reasonable and fair to both <br />parties; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Board to approve execution <br />of an agreement with Am Guard Security Corporation for the <br />provision of security patrol services consistent with such <br />proposal; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Security <br />Patrol)" by and between the City of Redwood City acting by and <br />through the Board of Port Commissioners of said City and Am Guard <br />Security Corporation, for the furnishing of the security patrol <br />services to the Port of Redwood City, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the Port Manager, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and th~ Port Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
