f / , • REG :yc :1/11/60 -7 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 2961 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> GASOLINE FOR THE PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 1, 1960 - JANUARY 31, <br /> 1961; AND AUTHORIZING THE CALL OF BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the operation of City vehicles <br /> it is necessary to enter into a contract for the supplying of <br /> gasoline for the period February 1, 1960 - January 31, 1961; and <br /> WHEREAS, specifications for the types of, and estimated <br /> amounts of, gasoline required for such period have been prepared <br /> by the City Manager; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications for gasoline to be used by <br /> the City of Redwood City for the period February 1, 1960 - <br /> January 31, 1961, prepared by the City Manager and on file in the <br /> office of the City Manager, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br /> vertise for bids for the furnishing of said gasoline in accordance <br /> with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the <br /> form of that certain Notice of Sealed Bids set forth in the above <br /> mentioned specifications. <br /> .. <br />
