REG :yc :1/11/60 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 2962 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO NEW TRUCKS; <br /> AND, AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS. THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for two new dump trucks necessary for municipal <br /> purposes; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications entitled "City of Redwood <br /> City, Specifications, Truck 19,500 G.V.W.," prepared in the office <br /> of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Manager, <br /> consisting of Notice of Sealed Bids, Bidding Form, Specifications, <br /> and Bid Sheets, are hereby approved, said specifications providing <br /> for the furnishing of the following new equipment: <br /> Two (2) Dump Trucks, 4. cu. yd. 19,500 GVW <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to ad- <br /> vertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment, in accord- <br /> ance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> in the form of that certain "Notice of Sealed Bids" set forth in <br /> the above mentioned specifications. <br /> :c * :c <br />
