~SR:dp:7/17/75 <br /> <br /> O iGINA[ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7446 <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN AREA WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS A SURVEY AREA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 4, Article 2, of Part 1, Division 24, of <br /> <br />the California Health and Safety Code, which Part 1 of said <br />Division 24 of said code is known as the Community Redevelopment <br />Law, authorizes a legislative body, by resolution, to designate <br />an area within a city as a survey area, for the purpose of studying <br />said area to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within <br />said area are feasible; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with a description <br /> <br />of an area labeled "Exhibit A," within the City of Redwood city <br />proposed to be designated as such a survey area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council does hereby find that said area requires <br />the preparation of a study to determine if a redevelopment project <br /> <br />or projects within said area are feasible; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That area within the city of Redwood city, the boundaries of <br />which are more specifically described in "Exhibit A," attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as if fully set <br />forth herein, be, and it is, designated as a survey area, and that <br />a study of said area be conducted to determine if a redevelopment <br />project or projects within said area are feasible. <br /> <br /> 744*5 <br /> <br /> <br />
