r J ;, '- _ ADC:ye:9/11/5-7 ill 410 RESOLUTION NO. 286o RESOLUTION CONFIRNING REPORT OF SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS ON WELD AEATENENT AND AUTHORIZING DELIVERY OF REPORT TO CITY TAX COLLECTOR FOR THE ADDITION OF TEE ASSESSNENT AMOUNTS" TO NEXT REG- ULAR TAX BILLS AGAINST PARTICULAR PARCELS CONCERNED WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2317, adopted December 22, 1933, by the Council of Redwood City, the City street Superintendent of Redwood City was .ordered to abate the weed nuisance in the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Streets has submitted to the Council of Redwood City for confirmation an itemize& report, which report shows the cost of removin g such weeds from or in front of each separate parcel of land from which said weeds were removed; and, WBEREAS, as appears from the affidavits on file, a copy of said report was posted in the manner required Ly Ordinance No. 743 and a notice was published giving notice of the filing of said report and the hearing thereon in the time, form and manner required by law; N(Xi, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REaiYOOD CITY AS YOLLO.IS: 1. That the itemized report of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City showing the cost of removinc . weeds on each separate lot or in front thereof in the City of Redwood City is hereby confirmed and the cost of removing said weeds from or in front of said separate lot shall constitute a lien on such property for the amount of such assessments until paid. 2. That a copy of said report shall Le delivered to the Tax Collector of Redwood City who shall add. the amounts of the assess- ments to the next regular bill for taxes assessed adfainst said lots, and that hereafter said assessments shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as general City taxes are collected and shall Le subject to the same interest and penalties and the same procedure and sale in case of a delinquency as for general City taxes.
