Introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 20, Article VII, Sections 20.95.1, 20.95.2, <br />20.132, and 20.191 of the City of Redwood City Municipal Code to increase the <br />penalty for parking violations by $5.00 to recoup the state mandated surcharge <br />imposed by Senate Bill 857 and to align penalties more closely to those of surrounding <br />municipalities in San Mateo County. <br />2.
