OR!CI AL LICENSE AGREEMENT (COLLEGE OF ADAPTIVE ARTS) THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (" A or "License "), is made and entered into as of the '3 1 day of �dnttig�( , 299 `Vrr and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, ( "Agency" or "Licensor ") a public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the COLLEGE OF ADAPTIVE ARTS, a private non - profit corporation in the State of California ( "Licensee ") (collectively, the `Parties" or the "Parties to this License "). The Manager of the Veterans Memorial Senior Center or his /her designee serves as Administrator of this License on behalf of the City of Redwood City. RECITALS: A. WHEREAS, Licensor is the owner of record of the real property and improvement located at Veterans Memorial Senior Center, 1455 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, 94061; and B. WHEREAS, Licensor desires to provide community members with adaptive art services at its Veterans Memorial Senior Center facility for the benefit of the Redwood City community and the public at large; and C. WHEREAS, Licensee seeks to utilize office space owned by Licensor in order to conduct its administrative operations; and D. WHEREAS, Licensee may also utilize transportation services provided by and arranged with Licensor. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the terms, covenants, and conditions contained herein, Licensor and Licensee agree as follows: 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. 1.1 The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. 1.2 Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a revocable license for use of the Premises, as defined below, on the terms and upon the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
