RD - 86 -02 <br />CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY'S USE OF THE EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT LOCATED AT THE <br />NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF MAIN STREET AND MIDDLEFIELD <br />ROAD FOR VEHICLE PARKING; AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY'S USE OF <br />882 AND 884 MAIN STREET FOR OFFICE SPACE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AND BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS } THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain revocable encroachment permit entitled <br />"Revocable Permit for Employee Parking Lot Property Located at <br />the Northwesterly Corner of Main Street and Middlefield Road" <br />(form dated 9/03/86), by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City, a governmental agency, and the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />a copy of which permit is on file in the office of the Secretary <br />of the Redevelopment Agency, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City and the <br />Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br />2.
