RD -86 - 04 NOV 101986 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REASSIGNMENT OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO <br />NEGOTIATE AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT <br />THERETO (MARINA PROJECT AREA) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. RD 82 -07, adopted May <br />24, 1982, this Agency entered into an Exclusive Right to <br />Negotiate regarding the Marina Project Area with Diversified <br />Marina Enterprises ( "DME "); and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. RD 85 -02, adopted July <br />1, 1985, this Agency approved an assignment of said Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate from DME to Mardev Properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the assignment approved by the aforesaid Resolution <br />No. RD 85 -02 never occurred, and DME has requested this Agency to <br />recognize DME as the official contracting party for the Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency an <br />amendment to the Exclusive Right to Negotiate, and it is the <br />intention and desire of this Agency to approve said amendment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Agency hereby recognizes Diversified Marina <br />Enterprises as the entity with whom the Agency is contracting for <br />the Exclusive Right to Negotiate regarding the Marina Project <br />Area. <br />2. That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to the <br />Exclusive Right to Negotiate Between Redevelopment Agency of the <br />
