RD-87-09 RD 87-09 JUL 6 1987 JUL 6 i987 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> (GRANTOR: GEORGE L. SOLARI) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency requires the real property hereinafter <br />described for the Centre Redevelopment Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency a purchase <br />contract for the acquisition of said property and this Agency <br />desires to approve said contract and authorize its execution on <br /> <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency Purchase Contract", by and between the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency and George L. Solari for the purchase by the <br />Agency of that certain real property therein described (also <br />designated by San Mateo County Assessor's Parcel No. <br />053-137-010), located in the City of Redwood City, State of <br />California, dated June 26, 1987, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the Clerk of this Agency, is hereby <br />approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement, and to execute all such other <br />documents as may be necessary to complete the purchase <br />transaction, and to accept a deed to the property, in accordance <br />with the terms and conditions of said agreement, for and on <br />behalf of the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br /> -O9 <br /> <br /> <br />
