ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> (BRADY AIR CONDITIONING, INC.) <br /> � TH S PAREEMENT is made and entered into as of the vZZ. day of <br /> N►✓� , 2011, by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "), and <br /> BRADY AIR CONDITIONING, INC. ( "Contractor ") <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. City requires Contractor's services. <br /> B. Contractor has the necessary experience in providing professional services <br /> and advice. <br /> C. Selection of Contractor is expected to achieve the desired results in an <br /> expedited fashion. <br /> D. Contractor has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its willingness <br /> and ability to perform such work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br /> covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Work and Time for Performance. Contractor shall perform <br /> everything required to be performed, shall provide and furnish all of the <br /> labor, equipment, materials, and tools to perform, within thirty (30) calendar <br /> days after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the following work: <br /> CITY HALL AUDIONISUAL <br /> NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNIT <br /> in strict accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications <br /> pertaining thereto as described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein, signed by the Manager, Engineering and Construction <br /> of Redwood City, which Documents are incorporated herein and made a <br /> part of this Agreement as if herein fully set forth. <br /> 2. Compensation. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the <br /> faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the amount <br /> of Twenty six thousand four hundred thirty three and 00/100 Dollars <br /> ($26,433.00) computed in accordance with Contractor's accepted Proposal <br /> dated February 16, 2011 which accepted Proposal is incorporated herein by <br /> reference thereto as if herein fully set forth. <br />
