RD-87-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ORIGINAL <br /> RELOCATION AGREEMENT WITH NANNETTE HINCH (910 MAIN <br /> STREET) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Nannette Hinch, doing <br />business as Hodge Podge, covering relocation payments in <br />connection with her vacation of the premises at 910 Main Street, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />Secretary and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 8747 <br /> <br /> <br />
