RD-88-14 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MD AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT EXTENDING TERM OF AGREEMENT GRANTING THE <br /> INNISFREE COMPANIES EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE <br /> (PORTION OF GATEWAY REDEVELOPMENT SUB-AREA) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The Amendment to that certain Agreement by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Innisfree <br />Companies concerning the exclusive right to negotiate for <br />redevelopment of a portion of the Gateway Sub-area, a copy of <br />which Amendment (form dated 10/14/88), is on file in the office <br />of the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized to execute said Amendment for and <br />on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br /> RD 88-14 <br /> <br /> <br />
