RDA 88-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND LEVINE-FRICKE, INC. FOR CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City requires certain consulting services in connection with the <br />acquisition and ultimate redevelopment of certain real property <br /> <br />located in the Center Subarea of the Project Area for <br /> <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires to engage Levine-Fricke, Inc., <br /> <br />of Emeryville, California, to perform such services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Levine-Fricke, Inc. has represented to the Agency <br />that it is experienced and qualified to perform the above <br />mentioned services as further described in the proposed agreement <br />therefor; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City, and Levine-Fricke, Inc., <br />entitled "Consulting Services", a copy of which Agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved, and <br />the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RDA 88-10 <br /> <br /> <br />
