RD88-05 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL SERVICES WITH KATZ, HOLLIS, COREN <br /> & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Fiscal Services Agreement" <br />by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City and Katz, Hollis, Coren & Associates, Inc., a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, and to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved; and the Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 88-05 <br /> <br /> <br />
