RD-88-04 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THIRD <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT (KEYSER <br /> MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency does hereby approve the Third Amendment to <br /> <br />the Consultant Services Agreement by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Keyser <br />Marston Associates, Inc., for the purpose of revising the <br />Consultant's hourly fee schedule and increasing the total amount <br />of compensation payable to the Consultant under said agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 88 O4 <br /> <br /> <br />
