RD-89-13 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE PROJECT BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND RATIFYING STAFF FILING OF INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 33327 AND 33328 OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City selected and designated the boundaries of the area to be added to the existing redevelopment project area ("Amendment Area") by the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2, approved the Preliminary Plan for the Second Amendment, and directed that the Preliminary Plan be submitted to the Agency; and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City received the preliminary Plan approved by the Planning Commission and established the 1988-89 assessment roll as the Base Year Assessment Roll proposed to be used, with respect to the Amendment Area, for the allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and 33670.5 of the Community Redevelopment Law; and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency now intends to change the Base Year Assessment Roll proposed to be used for the allocation of taxes, with respect to the Amendment Area, from the 1988-89 assessment roll to the 1989-90 assessment roll. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, California as follows: 1. The 1989-90 assessment roll is the Base Year Assessment Roll the Agency proposes to use, with respect to the Amendment Area, for the allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and 33670.5 of the Community Redevelopment Law.
