MSR:yc: 3/28/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 64986 442 73 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF ONE TANDEM ROLLER; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br /> CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of one tandem roller to be <br /> used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> call for bids for such tandem roller; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications for one tandem roller to <br /> be used for municipal purposes, prepared by the City Manager and <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, consisting of notice of <br /> sealed bids, instructions to bidders and general conditions, <br /> specifications, bid forms and agreement, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in accord- <br /> ance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set forth in <br /> the above mentioned specifications . <br />
