410 40 MSR:lt:3/29/73 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. d5885 Aefl2 73 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FURNISHING <br /> OF TWO TRAILER MOUNTED AIR COMPRESSORS; AND, AUTHORIZING <br /> CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for the furnishing of two trailer mounted air <br /> compressors to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> for bids for such trailer mounted air compressors; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1. Those certain specifications for two trailer mounted air <br /> compressors to be used for municipal purposes, prepared by the City <br /> Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, consisting of <br /> notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and general con- <br /> ditions, specifications, bid forms and agreement, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in accor- <br /> dance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set forth in <br /> the above mentioned specifications. <br />
