" x/5_7 <br />ir <br />RE S GLUT I ON NO. 4539 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE LVW <br />AUTOMOBILE; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />:MREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />specifications for one latest model automobile, 4 door, 6 passenger <br />station wagon, to be used for municipal purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Manager <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifications <br />and bid sheets, for the furnishing of one latest model four -door <br />six - passenger station wagon automobile, to be used for municipal <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br />• <br />RV <br />
