_ C.ek 1/29/65 -7 <br />453 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N 0. <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $3,800 FROM APPROPRIATION <br />FOR BAY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR <br />REMODELING PORTION OF BASEMENT AREA OF POLICE <br />BUILDING <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />it is hereby ordered that the sum of three thousand eight <br />hundred dollars ($3,800.00) heretofore appropriated in the <br />municipal budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1964 -June 30, 1965, <br />from the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for the Bay Road Con- <br />struction project, be transferred from the stated appropriation <br />to provide additional funds for the costs of remodeling a por- <br />tion of the basement area of the Police Building. Said sum shall <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1964 -June 30, <br />1965, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br />purpose during the fiscal year July 1, 1964 -June 30, 1965. <br />
