K <br />RJC. el{ 2/1/65 -7 <br />RES 0LUTI ON N0. 4533 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $7,000 FROM APPROPRIATION <br />FOR BAY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO PROVIDE FOR CITY'S <br />CONTRIBUTION TO HAWES COURT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDSn7OOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />It is hereby ordered that the sum of seven thousand dollars <br />($7,000.00) heretofore appropriated in the municipal budget for <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1964 -June 30, 1965, from the Sales Tax <br />Capital Outlay Fund for the Bay Road Construction project, be <br />transferred from the stated appropriation to provide funds for <br />the City's contribution to the Hawes Court Special Assessment <br />project. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal <br />year July 1, 1964 -June 30, 1965, and shall be in addition to all <br />sums appropriated for such purpose during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1964 -June 30, 1965. <br />
