R E S O L U T I O N <br />0 REG:yc:1/20/65 -7 <br />NO) 4530 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />FROM SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE CARLOS4NORTHUMBERLAND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FACILITIES <br />BEING INSTALLED IN MADRONE STREET <br />WHEREAS, the Carlos- Northumberland Improvement District, <br />formed pursuant to resolution No. 4484, adopted December 21, 1964, <br />requires the installation of a 36 inch storm water drain across <br />the San Francisco Water Department's right of way within Madrone <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 24484, adopted November 24, 1964, <br />the Public Utilities Commission of the City and County of San <br />Francisco authorized the issuance of a revocable permit subject <br />to certain conditions set forth in the permit; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of the permit <br />issued and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain revocable permit issued by the San Francisco <br />Water Department for the construction of a 36 inch storm water <br />drain across the San Francisco Water Department's right of way <br />within Madrone Street, a copy of which is presently on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized to execute the acceptance thereof. <br />2. That the City Clerk is directed to transmit the original <br />and two executed copies of the permit, together with copies of <br />this resolution, to the San Francisco Water Department. <br />
