JAH:mmg 07/27/89 (#25/045) <br /> <br /> - AUG <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RDA NO. 89-08 RD-89-08 ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF <br /> THE PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33354.6 and 33344.5 of the <br />California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code <br />Section 33000 et seq.), the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City has prepared a preliminary report for transmittal to <br />the affected taxing agencies on the proposed Second Amendment to <br />the Redevelopment Plan for Redwood City Redevelopment Project No. <br />2; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The preliminary report on the proposed Second Amendment <br />to the Redevelopment Plan forRedwood City Redevelopment Project <br />No. 2 is hereby approved and adopted by the Agency in the form <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transmit the preliminary report to each affected <br />taxing agency for purposes of consultation. <br /> <br /> <br />
