RDA 8907 RD-89-07 JUN 12 1989 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $168,000.00 FROM THE <br /> APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY EXPENDITURES TO THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR EXPENDITURE FOR CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE SEAPORT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> AREA <br /> <br /> (SEAPORT BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has heretofore entered <br />into agreements relating to the construction of capital <br />improvements implementing this Agency's Seaport Project Area <br />Redevelopment Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said City requires additional funds in order to <br />complete the capital improvements pertaining to reconstruction of <br />Seaport Boulevard within said Project Area; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand and No/100 <br />Dollars ($168,000.00) is hereby ordered transferred from the <br />appropriation for capital outlay to the City of Redwood City for <br />expenditure by said City for the Seaport Boulevard reconstruction <br />project within the Seaport Redevelopment Project Area in the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The aforementioned sum shall be for expenditure during <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989 and shall be in <br />addition to all sums transferred for such purposes during the <br />fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
