CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. PUBLIC COMMENT This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the Council Members.) If your subject is not on the a.qenda, the Mayor will recognize yoH at this time; but the Brown Act (Open meeting Law) does not allow action by Council at this time. If you wish to speak to a subject listed on the agenda, you will be recognized by the Mayor at the appropriate time your item of interest is being considered by Council. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR - Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Agency Board Members and will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless an Agency Board Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. A. Approve the Minutes of the Joint Regular Meeting of January 27, 2003, Regular Redevelopment Agency Meeting of February 10, 2003 and the Joint Regular Meeting of February 24, 2003 as submitted; B. Approve Funding Agreement with MP Redwood Court Associates Staff contact: Debbi Jones-Thomas, Housing Coordinator 780-7295 dthomas~,redwoodcity.orq Recommendation: That the Board approve the Agreement with MP Redwood Court Associates for funding to rehabilitate Redwood court apartments; Authorize the Executive Director to execute same and any documents necessary to effectuate the transaction, and allocate $500,000.00 in RDA Housing funds.
